Main.net is an independent information service for chain metadata, public RPC references, source-cited launch records, and educational safety context.
Main.net does not custody assets, execute swaps, operate bridges, process payments, sell tokens, or provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
2. Accounts
The current public site can be used without an account. Accounts, saved watchlists, paid alerts, and billing are not part of the current service.
If account features are added later, these terms must be updated before those features go live.
3. Content and Data
Main.net content, design, software, and normalized datasets are owned by Almida Labs LLC or its licensors.
Chain names, project names, network names, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. References are nominative and for compatibility, identification, and reporting.
We work from public sources and automated checks, but public blockchain and third-party API data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Verify critical details with official project documentation before acting.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract the service except through documented APIs or written permission.
Do not use Main.net to impersonate a chain, project, wallet, exchange, bridge, or official support channel.
Do not submit false launch data, malicious links, phishing links, sanctioned-address routing instructions, or promotional claims that cannot be independently verified.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or any investment result.
Listings, status labels, and launch notes are informational. They are not endorsements, recommendations, ratings, or instructions to buy, sell, bridge, stake, or transact.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almida Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
