Evidence history
Source change log
Main.net records source URL hash changes as evidence for review. A source change means fetched source content changed or a source was newly added. It does not automatically mean chain metadata changed.
How to read this log
Each row compares the current source-monitoring snapshot with the previous committed source hash artifact. Source changes should be reviewed against primary sources before chain rows are edited. This page does not rank chains, score sources, or claim live RPC uptime.
Full machine-readable data is available at /api/v1/source-changes.json. Feed readers and agents can subscribe to /changelog.atom or /changelog.json. The broader monitoring snapshot is available at /monitoring/.

Guardrails
Source hash monitoring is a review signal only. Main.net does not automatically rewrite chain IDs, RPC URLs, explorer URLs, or gas tokens from this log. Metadata changes should land through pull requests with source links and passing validation.
