Privacy Policy
1. What We Collect
The public Main.net site is designed to collect minimal information. Standard hosting logs may include IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security metadata.
If you join a waitlist, request alerts, or later create an account, we may collect your email address, saved watchlists, alert preferences, organization name, and billing details if applicable.
If wallet-address tools are added later, wallet addresses and related activity may be treated as personal or pseudonymous data when connected to an account, email, IP address, or device identifier.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the site, send requested alerts, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support or legal requests.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use user data for behavioral advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
We may use Cloudflare or similar providers for hosting, CDN, security, and request logging.
If login, waitlists, or saved alerts are enabled, we expect to use Supabase for authentication and database storage.
If payments are enabled, payment information will be processed by a third-party payment processor and not stored directly by Main.net.
5. Your Choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected].
California and European users may have additional privacy rights depending on applicable law and our processing activities.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS and access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Security issues can be reported to [email protected].
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Waitlist and alert data can be deleted on request unless retention is legally required.
8. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and changing the last updated date.
